- Just wanted to let you know once again how much we enjoyed our stay at The Palace Resort. I thought I would confirm our conversation with Maxine upon departure that we wish to reserve #1606 for the same week in March next
year. If the property inspects OK, simply keep the $100.00 security deposit and confirm to me our reservation for next year beginning Sat. 3/18 until Sat 3/25. As mentioned earlier in the week during our stay, you confirmed that you would charge
the same rate as this year. Again, we had a wonderful time and look forward to next year.Diane J. Soulcheck
I believe it was 2 years ago that I stayed at one of your 2BR/2BA condos. I loved it so much, that I was hoping to find that one or a similar one available for rent. I was there August during the 14th (my 40th b.day) two summers ago. I
stayed there for a while. When I registered, I was with a boyfriend at the time so I'm not certain who's name was put on the paperwork. But this is my information, and I hope that you can find some information from that date. There are going
to be 4 adults.
I spoke to the manager/owner quite a bit while I was there.
Our room would be described as:
Walk in w/ Kitchen to the right. 2nd bedroom was to the left. The 2nd BR also had its own private balcony. Also a full bathroom just before walking into the 2nd BR. Nice living room with pull out bed and large glass doors
that opened up to a balcony overlooking the pools, beach and glimpse of the park. The master bedroom had its bathroom inside the room which was the last room to the left. It had a private door that also opened up to the larger balcony. It
was on a higher level, on the left side of the building.
I'd like to be on a high level of the building, with a good view of the ocean, lights and pool. Any extra amenities are always welcomed! Money is not a factor.
I appreciate your help in trying to help us find a room that is as nice as the one that we stayed in before. If you ever send out information about The Palace, I would appreciate receiving that info. I paid cash when I was there 2 summers ago, and
would also like to know about any condos for sale. One more question is, do you rent the condos monthly???
Our expected stay there is approx. around May 14th-15th for arrival. Thanks for a speedy response.
- 5/17/04 Had a nice time at bike week, the staff was helpful, especially W.C. who helped with our trailer accommodations. Cant wait to visit again!
- Nice place and Greg was great!!! Trust him!! Thanks Greg!
- We stayed in Unit 1708 and were very happy with our accommodations. It was clean and had a very nice view.We had know trouble with the elavators.never had to wait more then a couple of mins. The staff at the Wave Rider were so nice when checking in and
when ever we need something. We really enjoyed our stay. And will stay agin i am sure. I did hear some complaints from other people who had rented threw the place itself and not threw Myrtle Beach Rooms for Rent. Greg williams was the person we dealt with and
he was very nice and helpfull.
- Sun Suite Room was great & comfy! Seller was terrific! Had a great vacation!
- great room! unbelievable price. a great seller
- The Palace Resort itself is beautiful, with a covered swimming pool, hot tubs both inside and out, outdoor pool, excercise room, steam room, a restaurant and bar with in room delivery up to 3:00 AM and a beautiful lobby. It also has a putting green on the
premises. The Sun Suite room is very clean and neat and roomy. The furniture is good. The balcaony is ocean front. The kitchen is equipped with garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker and other things to make cooking a breeze. We
enjoyed our stay very much. The owner is very accomodating and will do everything he can to make your trip pleasurable. The location of The Palace is wonderful, also. It's near all of the good places to eat, the Pavilion, the new mall and other attractions.I
would highly recomend this to anyone.
- I have stayed in this companies rooms for the last 3 years. I can't say enough about the low cost and quality rooms these people have. I have since met Greg and consider him a friend.
- We've stayed at the Palace in Myrtle Beach on several occaisons and it has been fantastic each time. The Suites are great!! They're roomy and clean and the ocean view is great. The lobby and dining area is a beautiful area to sit and enjoy your meal as
the sun comes up over the atlantic. And lastly we can't forget the staff at the Wave Rider Resort where we picked up our keys. April along with Sharon, Greg, and Marty were all very friendly. Thanks for a wonderful time. We love it and we'll be back (soon I
hope)
- We have our family reunion at the Palace for the past 5 years and found that the Palace Resort is the best place to stay in Myrtle Beach. We originally rented our rooms from the front desk at the Palace, however we found that there is another company
located across the street from ...) who also has rooms for rent at the Palace. Not only are their rates lower but the quality of the rooms are much better. Each of the rooms we rented (a total of 6) all had dvd players, vcr's. tv's in each bedroom and all
the rooms were in really great condition. Ask to speak with Greg he is a very nice person.. We will be staying at the Palace again next year..
- My husand and I went to MB in 2001 and stayed at the WORST hotel I've every been in. In 2002 we went again - same time of year - and took his daughter with us. We LOVED this hotel. I don't know if it was because we had such a crappy place the year before
or what, but we were very pleased with our room - great view, plenty of room for the 3 of us. I also booked via the internet and checked in at the Wave Rider. Great place at a great price! No, it's not the Hilton, but if you want that...then stay at the
Hilton. As far as the comment someone made about not changing sheets all week......do you change your sheets at home every day??? I do not know of any hotel that changes the sheets during your stay unless you ASK for them to do so, which I'm sure if you had,
they would've.We didn't get to go down this year, but when we do go back...that's where we plan on staying!!!!
- I checked in aug. 23 and stayed for a week in unit 1813, and i have to say i was not the least bit dissapointed. Everyone was as helpful as possible. During busy periods (sunday a.m., and saturday a.m./p.m.) there is a wait for elevators, but not 15
minutes. During the rest of out stay, we never had an issue with elevators. Ill be sure to contact greg before any trip to myrtle beach to stay in one of his rooms.
- We just got back from our vacation and it was simply wonderful. For starters we booked our room over the internet from a private owner at ... We had to check in across the street from the Palace to get our keys and parking passes. From the moment we
entered the room we knew that we had made the right choice. When we opened the door the room smelled and looked clean and well kept. Each room had its own tv and in the living room we were happy to find out that their was a dvd player and vcr. The views were
breath taking. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony as well as looking at the ocean from the living room. The elevators were slow at check-in however we did not have any problems with the elevators for the remainder of our vacation. I would recommend the Palace
Resort to anyone and we are planning on staying at the Palace for years to come.
- I just got back from a vacation in Myrtle Beach. I had a great time. We stayed at The Palace Resort in a privately owned room that we found on the internet. The room was offered at a very reasonable rate and included tv's in each bedroom along with a vcr
and cd player. The room also had marble flooring. We also enjoyed eating at Sara J's restaraunt which is located in Garden City area. Hope this helps...
